1. What We Do:
We provide IT support services: computer troubleshooting, network support, hardware/software assistance, and advice. We may also offer contracts for ongoing support.
2. Payments & Fees
Prices are as quoted before work starts. A deposit might be required before work starts.
For once-off support, payment is due when the job is done.
For contracts, we bill as agreed in the contract.
Refunds are rare, but if something goes wrong, we’ll sort it out fairly.
3. Your Responsibility
Give us accurate info so we can accurately help you.
While we will advice and assist as far as we can, don’t misuse our advice or services.
Backup your own data. We do our best, but we can’t recover lost files.
4. Our Responsibility
We aim to solve what we are quoted for professionally and efficiently.
We aren’t responsible for indirect losses (like missed deadlines or lost files).
We may need to access your devices or networks to provide support; we handle your info carefully.
5. Privacy & Data
We respect your privacy. Check our Privacy Policy to see how we handle data.
6. Disputes & Law
South African law applies to our services.
If a dispute arises, we’ll try to resolve it first through discussion before any legal action.
7. Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. The latest version always applies.
